Sarina (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who fundamentally believes that every person has the capacity to live a meaningful and joyful life. In order to do so, wholly and completely, many need to heal first, and coached, second.
Sarina is passionate about helping people tackle their challenges, build resilience and lead a contented life. She has built her practice around this compassionate calling cultivating a safe and respectful environment where each person feels seen, heard and understood. She works with individuals on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender identity, career, life transitions and challenging family dynamics.

Applying a fluid mix of Cognitive and Dialectical Behaviour therapies, as well as Solution-Focused Therapy, Sarina shares her trauma-informed, strength-and response-based training and perspectives with her clients carefully nurturing a trusting, therapeutic relationship. From this foundation, springs healing, tailored treatment plans and personal growth.
Sarina also has specialized knowledge and training on matters of domestic violence, separation/divorce, crime victims, first responders, student anxiety, anxiety, depression, and the LBGTQ2s+community.
Personally, she is a busy mother to two teens, a preteen and a border collie. Together they ensure she meets her goal of 10,000 steps a day!
